PowerPro is the cornerstone of DYMAX's on-site oil processing solutions. These state-of-the-art rigs are completely self-contained and self-powered. PowerPro can process your transformer's oil while the transformer is still energized as long as there is safe access to fill and drain valves, acceptable clearance from bushings, and oil quality that meets minimum guidelines.
For longer transformer life, the insulating oil should be free of moisture, dissolved gases and particles. Even some new oils require treatment to limit these contents to suitable levels.
 DYMAX's PowerPro mobile oil processing rigs provide:
- An on-site laboratory for standard oil testing and monitoring
- Transformer vacuum filling with liquid nitrogen cold trap, dew point and confined-space entry equipment
- Transformer reclamation – the complete treatment of transformer oil to like-new condition
- Transformer oil dehydration – removal of moisture from transformer components, insulation and oil
- Transformer oil degasification – removal of dissolved gases from the oil and transformer
