Position Available :
Electrical-Transformer-Switchgear-Field-Engineers-Technicians Description: Position involves relay, breaker, cable and transformer testing and repair. Requirements: 3 years experience in electrical power distribution and equipment. Journeyman not required. Advanced skills and experience in testing, maintenance, repair and upgrading of switchgear, transformers, relays, etc. Leadership qualities and strong power distribution trouble shooting capabilities. A high degree of mechanical aptitude, electrical safety knowledge, and good driving record. Position requires some travel. Training Requirements: The following training requirements are conditions of employment. DYMAX will assist you in obtaining, if necessary: Electrical lockout/tagout, DOT HM-181 and HM-126, Forklift, OSHA 24 hour training (minimum), CPR, First Aid, and CDL drivers' license. Opportunity # 2:
Position Available: ACCOUNT MANAGER

DYMAX is seeking a highly motivated individual to perform direct sales activities in market segments which include industrial, utility, commercial, municipal, governmental and health-care accounts. The candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills with customers, peers and management. They must possess good time management and follow-up skills. The successful applicant must be willing to travel regionally in the upper Midwest to promote DYMAX’s full line of services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promote DYMAX’s full line of power distribution services which include but are not limited electrical testing, hot oil processing, and transformer repair and assembly.
  • Develop and maintain regional and major accounts.
  • Increase business among existing clients and promote DYMAX’s full line of service to new clients in order to meet strategic business objectives.
  • Generate leads and distribute to Project Managers for bidding.
  • Contribute to sales and marketing planning activities and trade show setup and staffing.
  • Required base hours are 7:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday with the possibility of after hours trade shows, events and networking.
  • All work and decisions shall be conducted in strict compliance of all regulatory laws.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of service industry sales required.
  • Experience in electrical power distribution services to industrial, utility and commercial users is desirable.
  • Excellent sales planning and call scheduling skills.
  • Industry knowledge along with experience in the quotation and bidding process.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including effective customer contact skills.
  • College background in Sales & Marketing desirable.
  • Excellent computer skills with working knowledge of Windows XP, Microsoft Office and Outlook – with strong skills in Excel, Word and Access.

High Voltage technician/oil rig operator. Description: Transformer assembly, electrical testing and rig operator. Requirements: 5 years experience as High Voltage technician/oil rig operator. Must have experience in operating oil processing rigs and repairing electrical power equipment along with strong mechanical and electrical aptitude. Applicants must be willing to travel for two full weeks and then one week off. Good driving record and CDL license is required. Attractive starting salary, training and comprehensive benefit package. Electrical Engineer/BSEE (PE) Description: The job consists of customer site inspections, provide engineering studies, system upgrades and recommending corrective action to our industrial and utility customers. At times you may assist sales in customer presentations. Good communication skills with clients, peers and management are essential for this position. Requirements: BSEE (PE), specializing in electrical power, registered as a Professional Engineer in Minnesota or Michigan. Strong leadership qualities.
