Opportunity # 1: Field Service Technician
DYMAX seeks qualified, service-oriented individual to perform maintenance, testing and troubleshooting of electrical power distribution systems, such as substation maintenance and testing services for circuit breakers, transformers and protective relays. Must be able to operate all types of test equipment, coordinate and manage small size projects and have good organizational skills. Candidate must be self-directed and very committed to customer satisfaction. They need to be a competent decision-maker with strong time management and follow-up skills. Excellent communication skills with clients, peers and management are essential.
Requirements:

Graduate of 2 year Electrical Technical School but experience will outweigh educational background.

Level 2 or Level 3 NETA certification desired.

Strong background in electrical power including low voltage through the 230kV class and experience with most types of switchgear testing required.

Knowledge of all applicable codes and industry standards such as NETA, OSHA and NFPA.

Good theoretical understanding of electrical power systems and a good aptitude for problem solving.

Work effectively with customers, peers and management to resolve client issues.

Strong computer skills and ability to generate detailed reports.

Work will require flexible hours, weekends, holidays and night work. Must be available for out-of-town work.

Opportunity # 2: High Voltage Technician/Oil Rig Operator.
DYMAX is seeking a qualified, service-oriented individual to perform operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Hot Oil Processing Rigs, Rig's Systems and Portable Filtration Systems. Must be able to operate all types of test equipment, coordinate and manage projects of any size and have good supervisory and organizational skills. Candidate must be self-directed and very committed to maintaining strong client relationships. They need to be a competent decision-maker and have the ability to prepare project estimates and expand project work scopes as necessary. Excellent communication skills with clients, peers and management are essential.
Requirements:

Five years minimum same or similar work experience.

Knowledge of the National Electrical Code and various industry standards, such as NETA, OSHA, IEEE and NFPA.

Strong background and experience in most types of high voltage equipment through the 230 kV class.

Good theoretical understanding of electrical power systems and good aptitude for problem evaluations.

Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.

Ability to complete on-site job reports.

Entry level computer skills.

Travel required: two (2) full weeks on and one (1) week off.

DYMAX is seeking a highly motivated individual to perform direct sales activities in market segments which include industrial, utility, commercial, municipal, governmental and health-care accounts. The candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills with customers, peers and management. They must possess good time management and follow-up skills. The successful applicant must be willing to travel regionally in the upper Midwest to promote DYMAX's full line of power distribution services which include but are not limited to electrical testing, hot oil processing and transformer repair and assembly.

Opportunity #4: Electrical Engineer
DYMAX Engineering is currently seeking an Electrical Engineer for our Eden Prairie, MN office. This qualified person would perform power system analysis and power quality monitoring and analysis. Must be able to design industrial power distribution systems and provide facility electrical system surveys and equipment documentation. Would present technical training on electrical safety and provide technical direction to staff designers and DYMAX field personnel. Responsible for assigned projects from proposal development to project completion.
Requirements:
- Graduate Electrical Engineer, BSEE, and minimum 3 years related experience.
- EIT desirable, PE preferred.
- Good understanding of electrical power systems and a good aptitude for problem evaluation and developing solutions.
- Communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with clients and peers.
- Strong computer skills including editing, formatting, and using templates in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge and experience using SKM and EDSA engineering software.
- Knowledge and experience with protective relaying.
- Good understanding of industry codes and standards; NEC, NFPA, OSHA, IEEE, NESC.
- Must be available for occasional out of town travel.
